The staff were cheerful and accommodating, making my stay feel more enjoyable.

The room needed maintenance. the tap was broken and only one wall light was functioning, which was quite inconvenient.

the staff were realy friendly and helped us out with our issues, the bed was comfy enough for a night stay, and the location was close to our wedding venue with plenty of parking space.

Had a right laugh in the bar, staff were well cheerful, and brekkie was decent, cooked just for me! But, blimey, I wished there was more coffee sachets. Still, I enjoyed me stay!

Room cleanliness was seriously lacking, with stained sheets and mold around the windows. The shower pressure was poor and the toilet struggled to flush. On the brighter side, the homemade muffins served at breakfast were a pleasant treat. Sadly, the overall condition of the room and the security concerns made the stay disappointing.

The hotel is well placed for a 10-minute drive to the National Diving Centre, which we loved visiting as a family. The supermarket across the street made it easy for my husband and me to grab supplies for the kids.

My children wished for a lift, as carrying bags and a toddler up the stairs was quite the workout.

i stayed a night at shilton inn and was pleasantly surprised. the staff were quite friendly, and the bed was firm and comfortable. it's also conveniently located near a small supermarket, which made grabbing supplies easy.

A stay was marred by multiple issues, including a lack of lift access which meant hauling heavy luggage up four flights. The room was underwhelming, dusty, lacking curtains, and accompanied by a pervasive odor. Despite the pleasant demeanor of the staff, the room's cleanliness fell short, evident from hairs on the bedding and visible mold in the shower. the absence of basic amenities such as tea or coffee facilities left the experience lacking.
